Update your computer

Get your computer ready for back to school!

Before you start school, it's important to make sure your computer is up-to-date. This ensures you have the latest features, the best performance and protection against security threats.

Here's how to update:

• Windows:
  1. Right-click on the Start menu and select "Settings" (gear icon).
  2. Click on "Update and security".
  3. Click "Check for updates" and install all available updates.
• macOS:
  1. Click the Apple menu (apple icon) at the top left of the screen.
  2. Select "System settings".
  3. Click on "Software update".
  4. If updates are available, click "Update now".

Restart your computer after the update to ensure that all changes take effect.
