Unlink old school in OneDrive

When you start at Hasseris Gymnasium, your OneDrive must be linked to your new school account. First, disconnect your old school account so you can log in with your HG account.

Windows (PC)

  1. Open OneDrive
    • Click the OneDrive icon (blue cloud) in the bottom right corner of the taskbar.
    • If you don't see the icon, you may need to click the arrow ^ to show hidden icons.
  2. Open settings
    • Right-click on the OneDrive icon.
    • Select Settings (gear icon → Settings).
  3. Remove attachment
    • In the Account tab, click Unlink this PC next to the old school account.
    • Confirm that you want to unlink.
    • OneDrive will stop syncing the old account, but your local files will remain on your computer.
  4. Log in with your HG account
    • When the OneDrive setup window opens, enter your new HG email address:

Mac

  1. Open OneDrive
    • Click the OneDrive icon (blue cloud) at the top of the menu bar.
    • If the icon does not appear, you can search for OneDrive in Spotlight (⌘ + space).
  2. Open settings
    • Click on the gear icon → Settings.
  3. Remove attachment
    • In the Account tab, click Unlink this Mac next to the old school account.
    • Confirm the action.
  4. Log in with your HG account
    • When the OneDrive setup opens again, enter your new HG email address:
