Maple 2026 is installed automatically through the school's system once your computer is enrolled in Hasseris Gymnasium's Intune.
Before Installation
Make sure that:
- The computer is on
- The computer is connected to the Internet
- You are logged in to the computer
- Do not shut down or put the computer to sleep during installation
The installation takes up a fair amount of space and may therefore take some time. An installation window may not necessarily appear during the process.
If you shut down your computer before the installation is complete, the system will automatically try again the next time the computer is turned on and connected to the Internet.
Once Maple is installed
A PDF document containing the Maple license key will be saved to the computer's desktop.
- Open the PDF document containing the Maple license key on your desktop.
- Open Maple 2026.
- If prompted, select activation with a license or purchase code.
- Copy the license key from the PDF document and paste it into the activation window.
- Complete the activation.
- Close Maple and, if necessary, open it again.
You usually only need to enter the license key once.
The PDF document can be deleted from the desktop when Maple is running.
If Maple is not installed
Leave the computer turned on and connected to the Internet for at least one hour. Then restart the computer.
Also check to see if the PDF document containing the license key has appeared on your desktop.
Contact IT if Maple is still not installed, if the PDF document is missing, or if the activation process results in an error.
