Check your OneDrive:
- Find the OneDrive icon. It looks like a cloud and is usually found in the taskbar (Windows) or menu bar (macOS).
- Open the OneDrive settings. On Windows, right-click on the icon and select "Settings". On macOS, click the icon and then select the gear and "Settings".
- Under the "Account" (or similar) tab, see if your school account has been added and is syncing. If you can also see your old school account, remove the link to it.
