Preparing your computer
Get your computer ready for Hasseris Gymnasium!
YOU CAN/SHOULD PREPARE YOUR COMPUTER BEFORE AUGUST 11.
If you are a new student at Hasseris Gymnasium or have a new computer, you must go through the points below. Point 2 can only be omitted if you are not a new student.
Start by completing the 8 points below - one by one - and you'll be well prepared when you arrive for the first day of school!

1. Update your computer
Whether you have a MacBook or PC, it should always be up to date. Check the guide and make sure your computer is up to date before you go to step 2.

2. Change your Unilogin code
After your computer is updated, log in to minkode.kodeskift.dk and create a new password for your Unilogin. Here you can also see your Unilogin/school email. Do not proceed to step 3 until you have changed your password.

3. install company portal
We use Intune Firmaportal from Microsoft to install school-relevant programs on your computer. You need to install this using the wizard.

4. Open OneDrive
Check OneDrive setup:
It is a requirement that you always save to OneDrive and therefore it must be started at all times without showing error messages.
You are allocated 1000 GB of space in OneDrive so there is room for everything.
You must check that you are only logged in with your Hasseris school email account and the link to your old school is removed.

5. Open Teams
Check your Microsoft Teams: Download and install Microsoft Teams: If you don't already have Teams installed, you can download it from office.com Sign in: Open Microsoft Teams and sign in with your school email and password. If you have any problems, ask your IT advisor for help.

6. install Maple (Not IB classes)
You need to install Maple yourself, which is the math program we use at the school. The installation consists of a main program and a high school package. In addition, there is a PDF document that guides you to activate Maple after installation.

7. print & PDF
We offer all students the possibility to print via webprint. IMPORTANT: for MacBook users, the printer driver must also be installed in order to save documents as PDF

8. Lectio
Lectio is your digital helper in high school! Here you can find your schedule, homework, grades and much more. You can also write to your teachers and classmates. Think of it as the school Facebook - only much more useful! 😉
