Here are answers to the 10 most common questions students ask

  • My Unilogin does not work, it says the code is wrong?

    As of August 2025, everyone must log in with "Local login" 

    If you need to change your code, you can do so at minkode.kodeskift.dk (you need MitID)

  • I can't log in to Lectio?

    As of August 2025, you must log in to Lectio using "Local login"

    The first time you need to log in without MyID, follow this guide: Log in to Lectio with "Local login" 

  • My Maple is frozen and I can't start it again (MacBook)

    Click "Apple" in the top left corner, select "Cancel" in the menu, in the dialog box that opens, select Maple and click "Cancel" twice. 

    Now restart Maple again.

  • Why can't I save my Maple task as PDF (MAC)

    In order to print/save a document in Maple to PDF, a printer must be installed. 

    This can be done from https://webprint.hasseris-gym.dk (log in with Unilogin) 

    Select "Install printer" in the middle of the page -> "Download package" -> install downloaded program. 

    Now you can print / save as PDF in Maple. 

  • Why can't I print documents to printer from my MacBook?

    Typically this is because the printer service has not started up. Press the spotlight "Magnifying glass top right" and type uniflow. Click on the program and the print service is started and you can print.

  • How do I change the code for WIFI?

    Remember to always log in to "HG" WIFI

    Username is Unilogin and its code.

    If you have forgotten your code or just want a new code for Unilogin, you can create a new one at minkode.kodeskift.dk 

  • My Onedrive has disappeared, what do I do?

    Restart OneDrive (under Programs), it may take 10-20 seconds before it appears at the top of the screen. If not, try starting OneDrive again.

    If this is a recurring problem, you can go into OneDrive APP under settings and make sure that "Open at login" is checked.

  • How do I print again?

    You need to log in to HTTPS://hasseris-gym.dk.eu.uniflowonline.com with your school email. Here you can "Browse" for the document you need to print. Get a printout at a printer of your choice (remember student ID). Since we got new printers February 2025, you must first install the printer and find your pin code if you have not already done so.   • How do I back up my data?
