We strongly recommend that the enrollment process is completed by the student (with the help of parents if necessary) so that the student is familiar with this process.
- Download the Company Portal file via this link CompanyPortal-Installer.pkg
- On the Introduction page, select Continue.
- On the License page, read through the Microsoft application license terms. Select Continue.
- On the Select recipient disk page, select the first disk possible. Select Continue
- On the Installation type page, select Install.
- Enter your device password or registered fingerprint. Then select Install Software.
- Wait for Company Portal to finish installing.
- Open the Firmaportal app. This is the name of the app if your MacBook is set to Danish language.
Follow the instructions to complete the installation - accept the license agreement, enter local account information with administrator rights to install, etc.
Click the Sign in button to log in to the Firmaportal app. You need to log in with your Unilogin account.
After you have logged in correctly, click begin
Review the privacy information and click Continue.
Install the administration profile by clicking Download profile. You can see in the background that System settings opens. Click on it and you can see the following. If that doesn't work, click the apple in the top left corner -> System settings -> Anonymity & security -> Profiles.
Double-click "Management Profile" under Download and then click Install. You will be asked to authorize by entering your MacBook passcode and click Sign up.
Close all open windows except Company Portal and sit back while your MacBook installs all necessary study programs. This can take up to an hour and do not close your MacBook during this time.
